About This Position As Senior Sales Engineer, you'll own the technical narrative for our AI Agents platform, guiding enterprise buyers through their contact center modernization journey from architecture review through proof-of-concept delivery. You'll work at the intersection of AI innovation and customer success, translating deep technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-stakeholder discovery with enterprise executives, contact center leaders, and technical teams to map requirements against platform capabilities Design and deliver customized demonstrations and proofs of value, showcasing how our AI Agents drive conversation automation, reduce handle time, and improve quality metrics Configure and build AI Agents within our platform, creating customer-facing voice and chat agents plus companion agents for real-time support Explain advanced AI capabilities including intent recognition, automated quality scoring, compliance automation, and knowledge retrieval systems Develop demonstration workflows highlighting next-best-action triggers, sentiment analysis, and integration with customer tech stacks Advise prospects on deployment strategy, compliance considerations, and integration with existing CCaaS platforms, CRMs, and telephony systems Champion customer voice in product roadmap discussions, surfacing enterprise requirements to engineering teams Ensure proof-of-concept success as the technical authority, validating performance targets for automation, quality, and operational efficiency Skills & Qualifications 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or pre-sales roles with AI, ML, or contact center technology experience Hands-on knowledge of generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agentic AI frameworks Applied understanding of modern integration patterns: REST APIs, webhooks, and secure data flows between cloud platforms Solid grasp of enterprise contact center operations and leading CCaaS platforms (NICE, Genesys, Five9, Amazon Connect) Demonstrated success leading technical discussions with C-suite, VP-level, and operations leadership Ability to learn emerging technologies and collaborate across product, design, marketing, and sales teams Excellent technical storytelling, architectural diagramming, and business-to-technical translation skills Why Join ObserveAI Compensation is $200,000–$242,000 OTE annually, including base pay, performance incentives, and equity ownership.
