Sr. Project Manager- Care Delivery (CONTRACT)

Transcarent is seeking a contract Sr. Project Manager - Care Delivery to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that scale high-quality, technology-enabled care. This is a fully remote (US) contract engagement for a hands-on delivery leader who thrives in a fast-moving digital health environment.

About the Role

As a Sr. Project Manager - Care Delivery at Transcarent, you will be a central partner in moving the company's Care Delivery strategy forward through disciplined project leadership and governance. You'll guide clinical, operational, and technology projects from intake and planning through launch and post-launch measurement, collaborating with Care Delivery leaders, clinicians, Operations, Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer complex, cross-functional workstreams from kickoff through implementation and post-launch stabilization.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, RAID and decision logs, and clear status reporting.
• Convert strategic priorities into defined scope, deliverables, and success measures while managing dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Surface delivery blockers early and escalate with well-framed options and recommendations.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status check-ins, planning sessions, working groups, and leadership updates.
• Influence outcomes without direct authority and keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and accountable.
• Track project health against green/yellow/red criteria via bi-weekly report-outs and help standardize PM practices for the Care Delivery team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PMP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in healthcare, digital health, clinical operations, or insurance.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects amid competing priorities and shifting conditions.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguity with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Preferred: experience with virtual care, care coordination, or member-facing programs; PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Scrum certification; PMO/portfolio governance; tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucid, or Visio; EHR/CRM and care management platforms; and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
