About the Role

As a Sr. Maintenance Technician in Barriada Flores, Juncos, you will work with limited supervision to carry out advanced maintenance on assigned production equipment, facility infrastructure, utility systems, and HVAC units. Following established standards and operating procedures, you will diagnose complex issues and apply predictive technologies to determine root causes and corrective actions before problems disrupt operations.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of established maintenance procedures, standards, and safety practices.
