About the Role
As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll be the technical leader on the night shift, responsible for maintaining peak performance across our customers' equipment and systems. You'll take ownership of complex maintenance challenges, provide expert guidance, and mentor junior technicians to ensure operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and resolve challenging technical issues with industrial equipment and control systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
- Provide technical guidance to customers and junior technicians
- Document maintenance work and maintain detailed equipment records
- Respond to urgent maintenance needs during night shift hours
- Work collaboratively with operations and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related technical field
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals
- Mechanical, electrical, or automation troubleshooting experience
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and communicate effectively with diverse teams
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively on the night shift and weekday schedule
