Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Employer Brand Program Manager for a full-time fixed-term position at our US location. This role will shape how talented engineers, builders, and innovators around the world discover and connect with our mission to make space accessible and benefit all of Earth.
About the Role
As Sr. Employer Brand Program (Fixed-Term), you'll own the strategic vision and execution of Blue Origin's employer brand initiatives. You'll craft compelling narratives that authentically represent our culture of safety, collaboration, and bold problem-solving. This position connects our organizational mission—enabling millions to live and work in space—with the career aspirations of top technical talent globally.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel employer brand campaigns that resonate with engineering, manufacturing, and technical talent
- Create authentic storytelling content showcasing Blue Origin's culture, innovation, and impact on space exploration
- Partner with Human Resources and Recruiting teams to align employer brand messaging with talent acquisition goals
- Manage employer brand budgets, metrics, and ROI tracking across digital, social, and recruitment marketing channels
- Oversee recruitment event participation and employer brand presence at industry conferences and university partnerships
- Lead employee advocacy and testimonial programs that highlight team member perspectives on working at Blue Origin
- Monitor employer brand perception through competitive analysis, employer review sites, and candidate feedback
- Collaborate with Communications, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure consistent brand messaging across all talent-facing platforms
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of employer brand, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition marketing experience
- Proven success building and scaling employer brand programs within complex or mission-driven organizations
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect business goals with brand and talent outcomes
- Experience managing budgets and measuring campaign performance using data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories about company culture
- Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, applicant tracking systems, and employer review platforms
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across HR, Recruiting, Communications, and Marketing
- Passion for Blue Origin's mission or deep interest in the space industry is a strong advantage
