The role of the Senior Director, for Marketing and Enterprise Communications involves the creation and execution of strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive membership growth. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales leadership to establish a plan for acquiring customers while maintaining the integrity of our brand. Additionally the Senior Director will oversee the development of media strategies. Manage marketing initiatives across our organization. To excel in this position candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing or Public Relations possess at 5 years of experience in healthcare/insurance marketing. Have demonstrated 3 5 years of progressive leadership experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency, in Microsoft Office are essential. Reporting directly to our Chief Growth Officer this role involves supervising both professional staff members.
