Kitsch LLC is hiring a Social Media Manager for our Los Angeles, Los Angeles County headquarters. In this full-time position, you'll build and nurture engaged communities across social platforms for a self-financed, female-owned accessory brand present in over 27 countries and 20,000 retail locations worldwide.
About the Role
As Social Media Manager at Kitsch LLC, you'll be the voice behind our brand across digital channels, crafting content and strategies that reflect our commitment to positivity and authentic connection. You'll develop campaigns that resonate with our global audience, drive meaningful engagement, and help customers discover what makes Kitsch special.
What You'll Do
- Create and execute social media strategies that align with brand voice and business goals
- Develop, schedule, and publish original and curated content across platforms
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community relationships
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize social presence and campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams on integrated initiatives
- Stay current with social trends and platform features to keep Kitsch relevant and visible
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, retail, or related industries
- Strong command of brand voice, tone, and visual storytelling
- Working knowledge of social platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to create engaging content or work effectively with design and creative partners
- Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple content streams and campaigns
- Genuine enthusiasm for building communities and driving authentic engagement
