About the Role

As the Social Media Ads Manager at NoGigiddy, you will lead the strategy, launch, and optimization of paid social campaigns that connect gig workers and side hustlers with real earning opportunities. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Omaha, where you'll turn ad spend into measurable growth for a mission we genuinely believe in.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns across major platforms
• Write and test ad creative, copy, and audience targeting to improve performance
• Monitor budgets, bids, and key metrics, then optimize toward conversion and cost goals
• Analyze campaign results and translate the numbers into clear, actionable insights
• Partner with internal teams to align advertising with NoGigiddy's brand and audience
• Stay current on platform updates, ad formats, and emerging social trends

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing paid social media ad campaigns
• Strong grasp of audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Comfort working with analytics, budgets, and reporting to guide decisions
• Sharp copywriting instincts and an eye for scroll-stopping creative
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Genuine understanding of gig workers, side hustlers, and the audience NoGigiddy serves
