About the Role
As a Small Group Training Coach at CLUB4 Fitness, you'll lead engaging, results-driven functional training sessions designed to push members while keeping each workout safe and approachable. Reporting to the Small Group Lead, you'll guide a holistic approach to fitness that blends strength work, high-intensity conditioning, and lifestyle coaching across mindset and nutrition. This is an on-site position based in Green Lawn Terrace, Jefferson Parish.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dynamic, challenging small group workouts tailored to mixed fitness levels.
- Coach members through strength training and high-intensity (burst) conditioning with proper form and technique.
- Support members' broader wellness goals, including mindset and nutrition guidance.
- Create a motivating, inclusive atmosphere that keeps participants engaged and coming back.
- Track progress and adjust programming so every member is appropriately challenged.
Qualifications
- Genuine passion for functional fitness and group-based coaching.
- Knowledge of strength training and high-intensity workout methods.
- Ability to lead and adapt sessions for members of varying abilities.
- Strong communication and motivational skills that connect with a diverse membership.
- Familiarity with foundational nutrition and lifestyle principles is a plus.
