About the Role

This role is for a hands-on technical problem solver and commercial "mini-GM" responsible for managing a portfolio of 5-10 major operating mine sites. As the Site Support Manager, you will be on-site using your expertise in 3D scanning, thermal scanning, and our SlurryIQ optimisation program to diagnose slurry wear problems directly with Reliability Engineers and Superintendents. You'll build deep site-level trust by consistently providing rapid response, technical expertise, reliable follow-through, and exceptional service.

Your role will involve maximizing growth in these accounts while managing everything from site-level "mud" troubleshooting to Perth head office influence. You will spend a minimum of 30% of your time on-site (approximately 3 days per fortnight) diagnosing over 80% of on-site slurry piping system issues directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Experience in technical sales and support, preferably within the mining industry. A proven track record in problem-solving and decision-making is essential. Expertise in using tools like 3D scanning, thermal scanning, and our SlurryIQ optimisation program is required.
