Role overview (listing rewrite)

Ttecdigital is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) in Hyderabad for a full-time role owning the stability of a real-time platform that integrates voice, desktop, intelligence and AI, where consistent availability and low delay are non-negotiable. About This Position This Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) opening in Hyderabad places you as the first hire focused on production scaling and service-level ownership from the earliest days, with a second engineer expected later to support full coverage. You will work closely with the C1 Platform Foundation group on measurement depth and tenant separation. Expect a high-velocity setting of weekly releases, one-week cycles, quick experiments and ongoing progress, applying reliability practices that keep pace rather than restrain it. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Define and govern service level objectives plus error budgets for each tenant and service. Coordinate incident handling and lead constructive reviews free of blame. Drive production growth and capacity planning. Extend observability so percentiles such as p50, p95 and p99 are visible at every event stage. Treat continuous uptime as a central personal focus. Share on-call duties with DevOps colleagues. Meet the timelines you commit to delivering. Who We're Looking For A self-motivated professional with determination who evidences reliability via metrics views and readiness exercises rather than statements alone. Someone who enables frequent safe releases and never introduces friction against weekly deployment rhythm. An engineer who embraces fresh technology, pivots rapidly when components evolve, applies AI aids daily to accelerate work, and maintains exceptional standards. Calm during outages and thorough afterward, plus a collaborative teammate who thrives on collective wins. Eight or more years running large production systems, including ownership of objectives, budgets and incident leadership. Strong command of Go or Python so reliability work is fully automated—executable procedures, self-remediation and vanishing manual overhead. Deep experience with event-driven and real-time resilience across NATS-style buses, WebSocket groups and streaming paths, including practical debugging of state, races, locks, ordering, pressure and cascade effects. A monitoring-first outlook that links metrics, logs and traces into early alerts and separates useful signals from noise. Solid networking knowledge of TCP/UDP, TLS, WebSockets, DNS and load distribution; RTP or SIP familiarity…
