Site Manager for Senior Living Facility

Homestead is hiring a full-time Site Manager for our senior living community in Ypsilanti, Washtenaw County. As the principal point of contact between residents, families, and organizational leadership, you'll drive operational excellence and create a supportive living environment where older adults receive exceptional service and personalized attention.

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our senior living facility, serving as the bridge between residents, families, and management. Your leadership ensures that company objectives are met while maintaining the highest standards of resident care and satisfaction. What You'll Do

• Act as the primary contact for residents and families, responding to needs and concerns with professionalism and compassion
• Oversee operational functions and coordinate with managers and department heads to achieve performance goals
• Communicate across all organizational levels to ensure alignment on community standards and initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and community stakeholders
