Signature Reduction Specialist – Mid Level with Security Clearance

CELESTAR CORPORATION is hiring a Signature Reduction Specialist – Mid Level to join our team supporting critical Department of Defense missions. About the Role

We're seeking a mid-level Signature Reduction Specialist with an active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance and a current In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph to work directly with our Department of Defense customer. In this role, you'll design, analyze, and optimize signature reduction solutions that enhance operational effectiveness and meet critical defense objectives. You'll leverage your technical expertise to evaluate complex challenges and deliver innovative approaches that directly support mission success.

What You'll Do

• Conduct technical analysis and research on signature reduction methodologies and best practices
• Collaborate with DoD teams to develop and test signature reduction strategies and solutions
• Evaluate system performance data and recommend optimization improvements
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and briefing materials for government stakeholders
• Support the design and implementation of advanced signature reduction technologies
• Participate in security and compliance reviews aligned with DoD standards and requirements

What We're Looking For

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with current In-Scope Counterintelligence Polygraph
• 3–6 years of professional experience in signature reduction, defense technology, systems analysis, or related technical field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical research capabilities
• Experience working in Department of Defense or government contracting environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a classified, security-focused environment
