About the Role

This is a hands-on position for someone who takes ownership, stays self-sufficient under pressure, and enjoys guiding a team through the final hours of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead late-night and closing shifts independently, keeping operations on track from rush to wrap-up
• Support the RGM by running consistent, high-quality shifts that meet brand standards
• Coach and motivate crew members to stay focused, friendly, and efficient
• Oversee closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, and securing the restaurant
• Uphold food safety, quality, and guest-service expectations throughout each shift
• Step in wherever needed to solve problems and keep guests satisfied

Qualifications

• Comfortable working late-night and closing hours on a part-time schedule
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods
• Prior restaurant, quick-service, or shift-leadership experience is a plus
