About the Role
We're expanding our plumbing services and seeking an experienced Sewer and Drain Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential drain and sewer systems. You'll respond to service calls, solve complex plumbing challenges, and help customers understand their options for system maintenance and upgrades.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and clear clogged drains and sewer lines using specialized equipment
- Perform video inspections to identify damage, tree root intrusion, and structural issues
- Repair or replace damaged drain lines, pipe sections, and related components
- Operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, cameras, and diagnostic tools
- Advise customers on drain maintenance, repair options, and preventive measures
- Manage service calls professionally and maintain detailed documentation
- Keep service vehicles stocked and equipment in safe, working condition
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience as a drain technician, plumber, or in a related plumbing trade
- Strong knowledge of residential drain and sewer systems and common repair methods
- Proficiency with drain cleaning equipment, video inspection cameras, and diagnostic tools
- Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in technical work
- Professional demeanor with genuine customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites in Saint Charles County
- Physical capability to lift equipment and work outdoors in all weather conditions
