Service Producer

Join Celebration Church in Three Point, Williamson County, as a Service Producer — a full-time, hourly position managing the flow and technical execution of weekly services and special events. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, you'll lead real-time coordination to deliver a seamless, impactful worship experience every week.

About the Role

As Service Producer, you are the operational leader on the floor and behind the scenes during services and church events. You orchestrate the timing, transitions, and technical elements that bring our services to life. This is hands-on work that requires precision, communication, and adaptability to keep everything running smoothly while supporting our team's creative vision.

What You'll Do

• Direct real-time service execution, cueing musicians, technical teams, and presenters with clarity and calm
• Manage timing and transitions between worship, announcements, teaching, and multimedia elements
• Coordinate with audio, video, lighting, and stage teams to ensure technical readiness and performance
• Monitor services from the control booth and floor, making quick decisions to keep programming on track
• Support the Associate Creative Director and lead team in planning and executing special events and services
• Troubleshoot technical and logistical issues in real time
• Maintain organized runsheets, cues, and documentation for each service and event

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a service director, technical director, or event producer in a live-event environment
• Proficiency with audio, video, or lighting systems — or strong ability to learn quickly
• Clear communication skills and confidence directing multiple teams simultaneously
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
• Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt when things don't go as planned
• Comfort with a Sunday-through-Thursday schedule with varying hours to match service and event programming
• Passion for serving in a church environment and supporting the mission and community
