Service Champion

B&G Food Enterprises is hiring a Service Champion for its Taco Bell restaurant in Natchitoches, Natchitoches Parish. About the Role

As a Service Champion, you'll be the first and often lasting impression customers have of our Natchitoches Taco Bell location. Whether they're ordering at the counter or at the drive-thru window, you'll greet them warmly, handle their orders with care, and deliver an experience that makes them want to return. Your professionalism and enthusiasm will directly influence how guests feel about their visit.

What You'll Do

• Greet and welcome customers with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Take accurate food and beverage orders at the counter and drive-thru window
• Process payments and operate cash registers and digital payment systems
• Prepare and deliver orders with attention to quality and presentation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workspace
• Support team members across all station areas as needed
• Address customer questions and concerns with patience and respect
• Follow all health, safety, and operational standards

• High school diploma or equivalent a plus
