Service and Parts Manager

About the Role

As Service and Parts Manager at Campers Inn Inc, you'll oversee the complete maintenance, repair, and parts inventory operations for our RV dealership. This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll manage daily service operations, supervise team members, and ensure customers receive exceptional support for their vehicles. You'll combine technical expertise with management skills to drive efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support our growing customer base in the Prescott Valley area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service technicians and parts staff to ensure timely, high-quality repairs and maintenance
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, and stock levels to support service operations
• Oversee facility maintenance and ensure the service department meets operational standards
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer communication regarding repairs
• Monitor service quality, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate records of service work, parts usage, and departmental performance
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and correctly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in service management or parts management in automotive, RV, or equipment industries
• Strong knowledge of RV service, maintenance, or repair operations (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead technical teams
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency with service management software and computer systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
