About the Role

As a Takeout Server at P.F. Chang's, you are the face of our quick-service operation. You'll process orders with accuracy and friendliness, manage order timing and delivery, and ensure every guest—whether picking up or calling ahead—leaves satisfied with their takeout experience. This is entry-level, fast-paced work that trains you in customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and take takeout orders by phone and in person, confirming all details for accuracy
• Process transactions through our point-of-sale system and handle payments
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
• Package meals to our standards and maintain food safety and presentation
• Manage the takeout station to keep it organized and clean during high-volume service
• Provide courteous, professional service that builds customer loyalty
