About the Role
The Beehive is a dynamic cocktail bar in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District, known for its sophisticated atmosphere and curated drinks program. We're seeking an experienced, motivated server to join our team and help us maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a full-time position where you'll directly shape the guest experience.
What You'll Do
- Greet and seat guests, maintaining warm hospitality throughout their visit
- Present menus, answer questions about our cocktails and food offerings, and make thoughtful recommendations
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of drinks and meals
- Monitor table satisfaction, respond promptly to requests, and address concerns proactively
- Process payments and manage the front-of-house flow efficiently
- Collaborate closely with bartenders, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to support seamless operations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold health and safety standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a server in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting
- Genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel valued
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
