Position Summary

As a Server at our Phenix City location, you'll deliver friendly, efficient table service while managing multiple sections throughout your shift. Your role is central to creating positive dining experiences—from greeting guests with warmth to ensuring their meals exceed expectations. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, present menus, and communicate daily specials and menu highlights
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver meals and drinks with attentiveness, verifying guest satisfaction with each course
• Clear and reset tables throughout service, maintaining cleanliness and proper place settings
• Process payment transactions accurately, handling cash and card payments with professionalism
• Collaborate with hosts, kitchen crew, and fellow servers to keep service flowing smoothly during peak hours
• Adhere to all health, safety, and restaurant operational policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous server or food-service experience a plus, though we welcome candidates eager to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortably carry trays and plates
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
