About the Role

As a Server, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant operation, creating memorable guest experiences through attentive service and genuine hospitality. You'll work in our Dunbar location serving customers who come for great food and authentic connections, managing your station with professionalism and care.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and seat them in your station, setting the tone for their visit
• Present menus, explain daily specials, and make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate orders and communicate special requests to the kitchen team
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation and guest satisfaction
• Monitor table needs throughout the meal and respond to guest requests with urgency and professionalism
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized station and support the front-of-house team as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards
