About This Position

NoGigiddy has created a digital platform dedicated to helping gig workers, side hustlers, and independent earners access real income opportunities in one free, accessible place. As our SEO Link Builder, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach and authority in search results by identifying, securing, and managing high-quality backlinks that drive organic traffic to our platform. This is a full-time position based in Austin, Travis County.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant websites and platforms where high-quality link opportunities align with our audience and mission
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to secure links from industry-relevant partners and publications
• Create compelling pitches and communicate with website owners, editors, and content managers to establish mutually beneficial link partnerships
• Track all link placements, monitor performance, and maintain detailed records of acquisition campaigns
• Analyze competitor backlink profiles to identify trends and uncover new link-building opportunities
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure link-building efforts align with broader SEO and business goals
• Monitor link quality and relevance, removing or disavowing underperforming or low-quality links as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in link building, SEO, or a related digital marketing discipline
• Strong understanding of search engine optimization principles and how backlinks impact rankings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive outreach messages
• Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with link quality metrics and the ability to evaluate link relevance and authority
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
