Senior Wealth Advisor, UHNW

Leah Yosef International, an independent multi-billion-dollar multi-family office and registered investment advisor in the Chicago metropolitan area, seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor to serve as the primary relationship manager for a select group of ultra-high-net-worth clients and family offices based in Northwoods, DuPage County.

About the Role

This is a full-time leadership position managing sophisticated, long-term relationships with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) families and their offices, with client assets typically exceeding $100 million. You'll develop deep partnerships with distinguished families while building a pathway toward equity ownership within the firm.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary advisor and trusted relationship manager for a carefully selected group of UHNW and family office clients
• Design and execute comprehensive wealth management strategies addressing each family's unique financial goals, values, and legacy objectives
• Lead succession planning initiatives to ensure multi-generational wealth preservation and strategic transitions
• Coordinate across investment specialists, tax professionals, estate planners, and other advisors to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop deep understanding of family dynamics, business interests, and long-term priorities
• Guide clients through complex financial decisions using sophisticated advisory expertise
• Build enduring relationships through proactive communication and ongoing strategic planning

What We're Looking For

• Substantial experience as a wealth advisor, family office professional, or fiduciary serving ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Demonstrated success managing complex relationships requiring coordination across multiple disciplines
• Expertise in succession planning, wealth preservation, tax strategy, and portfolio management
• Strong grasp of investment strategy and the factors that drive sophisticated wealth decisions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for family stakeholders
• Professional credentials such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent preferred
• Commitment to fiduciary principles and ethical advisory practice
