About the Role

As the Senior Strategic Business Manager at Solstice Advanced Materials, you'll function as both industry strategist and growth architect. We supply ancillary reagents essential to oligonucleotide and peptide production in the biopharma industry. Your mission is to expand our market presence and product portfolio to serve adjacent segments including protein synthesis, while deepening relationships with current customers and strengthening market penetration.

What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive business strategies to accelerate growth in biopharma and pharma markets
• Identify and assess new product and market opportunities within oligonucleotide, peptide, and protein synthesis segments
• Guide portfolio expansion decisions based on market analysis and customer requirements
• Lead strategic partnerships and customer relationship development with key industry stakeholders
• Collaborate across functions to execute strategic initiatives and bring new offerings to market
• Translate market intelligence into actionable business recommendations

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in the biopharma or pharmaceutical industry at the strategic or executive level
