What You'll Do Design and deploy front-end systems for AI-driven product surfaces, with emphasis on real-time streaming interactions, autonomous workflow management, and machine learning-assisted interfaces Build scalable technical approaches for integrating language model APIs, WebSocket communication, and Server-Sent Events into high-performance production systems Deliver production-grade TypeScript code that sets quality benchmarks and establishes architectural patterns for the engineering team Optimize for speed and responsiveness while managing the competing demands of performance, latency, and user satisfaction Contribute to architecture documentation and implementation roadmaps for new AI-powered capabilities Identify and resolve complex performance issues in client-side and distributed frontend environments Guide team growth through code review, technical mentorship, and advancement of front-end engineering practices Who We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of professional front-end development experience in production environments Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience Expert-level command of TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React Working knowledge of event streams, asynchronous programming patterns, and state management Preferred: hands-on experience building interfaces for AI or generative AI applications Preferred: understanding of browser performance characteristics including long-lived connections, server-sent event streaming, and high-frequency DOM updates for real-time text rendering Preferred: experience bridging Dart and TypeScript front-end components Preferred: familiarity with AI-specific performance…
