Senior Software Engineer

As a Software Software Engineer in our Engineering Enablement Group, you will pioneer the re-design and evolution of our global translation platform, ensuring it is highly reliable, scalable, and fault-tolerant. You will lead the architectural shift across public, private, and hybrid clouds to enable frequent, high-impact deployments while maintaining world-class responsiveness.
By leveraging AWS and modern microservices, you will transform our infrastructure into a robust ecosystem that allows feature teams to iterate rapidly. We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between complex Python-based customer delivery and sophisticated DevOps automation, ultimately delivering a seamless, localized experience to our global users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python Expert: 6-9 Years of experience with High proficiency in Python with a proven track record of designing and delivering customer-facing features (experience with Golang or Java is a plus).
• AWS User: Advanced experience with AWS infrastructure, specifically AWS Bedrock or similar AI/ML integration services.
• CI/CD Architect: Strong end-to-end knowledge of pipeline creation, deployment automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
• System Observability: Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools
• Education: Bachelors in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Agentic Architecture & Workflow Design: Design, develop, and deploy production-grade LLM agents and multi-agent systems. Create stateful, resilient agentic workflows featuring self-correction, planning, and advanced tool use
• Model Evaluation & Benchmarking: Establish strict automated and human-in-the-loop (HITL) evaluation pipelines. Define metrics for accuracy, latency, hallucination rates, and tool-calling fidelity to systematically test changes before production deployment
• Fine-Tuning & Model Selection: Experiment with and select the right models (proprietary vs. open-source) for specific tasks within an agentic pipeline, including fine-tuning smaller models for highly specialized agent nodes.
• Design : To lead the re-design of our translation platform, ensuring it is immutable, secure, and resilient against high-volume traffic.
• DevOps Ownership: A “builder” mindset toward end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, automating every phase of the development lifecycle to achieve true continuous delivery.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Strong debugging skills to resolve complex distributed systems issues, paired with the soft skills needed to mentor teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Product-Centric Engineering: Experience building software in an enterprise SaaS environment with a focus on delivering direct value to the end customer through Python.
