Senior Solutions Engineer

Saviynt is hiring a remote Senior Solutions Engineer based in Georgia to partner with our sales teams and bring AI-powered identity security solutions to life for some of the world's most demanding organizations. About the Role

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Saviynt, you'll be a key member of our Sales organization, working hand in hand with Account Executives and Regional Vice Presidents to position our integrated portfolio of Access Governance and Identity Security solutions, enhanced by Artificial Intelligence. You'll engage both new prospects and established accounts, translating complex requirements into functional and technical solutions that close deals and move revenue. This is a fully remote, full-time position with travel, ideally suited to a candidate located in the Southeast region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed technical discovery sessions to understand each customer's identity security challenges and goals.
• Craft thorough responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and design compelling Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Represent Saviynt at trade shows and industry events, demonstrating solution value to sophisticated audiences.
• Drive opportunities independently toward closure while collaborating across multiple areas of the business.
• Mentor and coach fellow Solutions Engineers on sales strategy, customer influence, scope management, and delivering technical presentations.
• Contribute to Product Marketing efforts, including white papers, solution briefs, webinars, and blog content.

Qualifications

• Broad command of vendor solutions, industry best practices, and technology integration.
• Proven ability to deliver functional and technical solutions in complex, high-stakes customer engagements.
• Strong consultative and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing technical and business stakeholders.
• Self-directed work style with the drive to manage opportunities through to closure.
• Willingness to travel, with a preferred home base in the Southeast region.
