Role Overview

What You'll Do
- Develop and oversee Point B's social media presence across major platforms, creating platform-specific content that resonates with our audience
- Build comprehensive editorial calendars aligned with company priorities and industry trends, identifying timely opportunities for engagement
- Produce diverse content formats including written posts, video content, visual graphics, and interactive materials that drive audience engagement
- Execute community engagement strategies across online forums, discussion platforms, and niche communities where Point B should maintain an active presence
- Monitor performance metrics and audience behavior patterns to continuously refine and optimize strategy
- Identify emerging platforms, content trends, and audience preferences, experimenting with new approaches to expand reach
- Partner across internal teams to align messaging, coordinate campaigns, and drive integrated marketing initiatives
- Monitor and respond to online conversations, surfacing customer insights and competitive intelligence to stakeholders
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, community engagement, content marketing, or closely related roles
- Deep knowledge of major social platforms and emerging channels, with demonstrated expertise in audience engagement
- Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging across different platforms and audiences
- Hands-on experience with video editing, short-form content creation, and modern content production tools
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret engagement metrics and competitive trends
- Portfolio of professionally created content demonstrating editorial judgment and audience impact
- Understanding of online community dynamics and reputation management best practices
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related discipline preferred
- Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, fintech, or data-driven industries a plus
