About the Role
As a Senior Regulatory Consultant and Regulatory Project/Program Manager at PAREXEL, you will collaborate with Global Regulatory Leads to build and execute internationally coordinated regulatory plans. This is a high-impact opportunity to convert strategy into action, steer intricate development efforts, and keep cross-functional initiatives moving in fast-paced, innovative settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Regulatory Leads to shape and deliver globally aligned regulatory strategies and program plans.
- Lead and coordinate complex regulatory projects and programs from planning through execution.
- Translate strategic regulatory objectives into clear, actionable plans and timelines.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional and international teams to keep development programs on track.
- Anticipate risks, resolve roadblocks, and adapt to evolving priorities in fast-moving environments.
Qualifications
- Substantial, hands-on experience as a Regulatory Project or Program Manager.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder regulatory development programs.
- Strong strategic thinking paired with practical execution and project management discipline.
- Comfort operating in dynamic, innovative, and globally distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for partnering with senior regulatory leadership.
