As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (CMC) at Anika Therapeutics, you will act as a trusted quality partner across the product lifecycle. Based on-site in Bedford, you will lend deep GMP expertise to development, testing, manufacturing, and supply chain functions, helping ensure that every activity meets internal standards and the expectations of regulators worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver quality assurance oversight spanning CMC development, Quality Control, and Analytical Development.
- Support manufacturing and supply chain operations to confirm ongoing adherence to GMP requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on GMP quality systems and CMC-related quality matters.
- Help maintain alignment with global regulatory requirements and company quality policies.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify, assess, and resolve quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven background in pharmaceutical or biotech quality assurance, with an emphasis on CMC.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP quality systems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with Quality Control, Analytical Development, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to operate as a subject matter expert and collaborate effectively across technical teams.
- Comfortable working on-site in Bedford in a full-time capacity.
