About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll serve as the strategic leader for commercial property operations in Washington, D.C. Reporting to Stream Realty's leadership, you'll own the day-to-day management and long-term performance of assigned properties, working directly with clients, investors, and strategic partners to deliver exceptional results.
What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise a small team, directing daily property operations and staff performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned properties and client relationships
- Manage budgets, financial performance metrics, and profitability objectives
- Oversee tenant relations, lease management, and occupancy optimization
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and property improvements
- Work collaboratively with investors, stakeholders, and external partners
- Ensure compliance with regulations and property standards

- Proven experience managing commercial properties or property portfolios
- Strong track record in property operations management and financial oversight
