Kimley-Horn is seeking a driven Senior Project Manager - Residential Land Development to grow our Northern Virginia practice from our Reston office in Fairfax County. This full-time, on-site leadership role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to head a high-performing land development team.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager - Residential Land Development at Kimley-Horn in Reston, Fairfax County, you will spearhead the continued expansion of our Residential Land Development group. You will guide a talented project team while cultivating and strengthening trusted partnerships with the firm's most important clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a Residential Land Development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Develop, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with key clients throughout Northern Virginia.
- Conduct business with integrity, applying sound professional judgment and proven management principles.
- Provide direction and oversight across active residential land development projects.
- Support the growth and reputation of the practice through strong delivery and client service.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing residential land development projects.
- Proven leadership ability, with a track record of guiding and developing project teams.
- Strong client-relationship and business-development skills.
- A motivated, self-directed approach paired with a commitment to ethical, results-oriented work.
- Willingness to work on-site full-time from the Reston, Fairfax County office.
