Position Summary

As a Senior Project Manager, Foundations, you'll oversee full-cycle delivery of challenging foundation design and construction projects. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of foundation and geostructural construction projects from planning through final completion
• Collaborate with engineering teams, field personnel, and clients to deliver safe, on-schedule projects
• Oversee field operations, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality standards throughout construction
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource planning
• Report on project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions in partnership with leadership
• Resolve technical and logistical challenges inherent to foundation construction

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience managing substantial foundation or geostructural construction projects
• Deep knowledge of geotechnical principles, foundation design methodology, and modern construction techniques
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational capabilities
• Proven leadership managing field teams, subcontractors, and joint ventures
• Proficiency reading and interpreting foundation plans, specifications, and technical drawings
