About the Role

As Senior Project Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project execution, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and field teams. You'll drive quality outcomes while managing scope, budget, and schedule to ensure projects meet our high standards and financial targets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for complex construction initiatives, from bidding through closeout
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts using industry-standard tools
  • Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and regulatory requirements on job sites
  • Manage client relationships through regular communication, progress reporting, and issue resolution
  • Lead and mentor junior project staff and field teams to drive accountability and professional development
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to protect project profitability and timeline

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably with a general contractor
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects from planning through delivery
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and industry regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trust across teams
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Curiosity, perseverance, and genuine commitment to client success
