- 7+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company or startup environment
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
- Exposure to M&A processes — integration, diligence, or related work — even if not your primary focus
- Expert at bringing together cross-functional teams to execute effectively
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; you make complex things clear
- Strong systems thinking: you build structure where there isn’t any, and improve it where there is
- A collaborative, partner-first mindset — you lead through influence, not authority
