• Proven senior manufacturing leadership experience with direct accountability for production process ownership or equivalent process management duties.
• Demonstrated success optimizing manufacturing workflows, reducing waste, and elevating process reliability in a production environment.
• Strong people-leadership skills including coaching individual contributors and building high-performing process owner groups.
• Solid working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, root-cause analysis methods, and data-driven decision making on the shop floor.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience considered.
