LastPass is hiring a Global Integrated Campaigns Manager to join our Demand Generation team in a fully remote role based in the US. This is a senior individual-contributor position for a marketer who can architect global campaign strategy that turns creative ideas into measurable pipeline and revenue.

About the Role

As the Global Integrated Campaigns Manager at LastPass, you'll set and continuously refine the integrated campaign strategy that powers growth across regions. Sitting on the Global Campaigns team, you'll own campaigns end to end — from value-driven messaging through scalable, multi-channel execution — and connect Field, Partner, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience around shared business outcomes. This remote (US) role is ideal for someone energized by complex problem-solving and building programs that work at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional creation and rollout of global campaign strategies tied to business goals, owning pipeline and revenue targets across regions.
  • Produce quarterly end-to-end campaign plans spanning strategy, messaging, segmentation, channel mix, budget, enablement, and KPIs.
  • Build repeatable, full-funnel multichannel demand programs anchored in strong storytelling across the buyer journey.
  • Design and run scalable ABM motions (1:few and 1:many) using digital engagement, personalized content, events, and direct mail.
  • Use data to optimize continuously, making smart tradeoffs across channels, audiences, and investments.
  • Align Field, Partner, Sales, BDR/SDR, and Customer Success teams for consistent global execution, partnering with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and Analytics on attribution, lead scoring, and measurement.

Qualifications

  • Proven success building integrated, multi-channel B2B demand generation and ABM campaigns with clear ownership of strategy, execution, and results.
  • Track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue through global or regional programs.
  • Hands-on skill with Martech tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and 6sense, plus strong data literacy for attribution and reporting.
  • Deep grasp of buyer journeys, lifecycle stages, and buying groups, applied to deal-accelerating strategy.
  • Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and translate complex strategy into clear plans within fast-moving environments.
  • Nice to have: B2B SaaS experience (ideally cybersecurity or IT), familiarity with Tableau or ZoomInfo, and strong campaign writing skills.
