• Lead competitive bidding events, supplier scorecards, and commercial negotiations to secure optimal price, quality, and delivery terms.
• Coordinate closely with R&D, engineering, finance, and operations stakeholders to translate product and capital requirements into precise purchasing specifications.
• Conduct market intelligence, risk assessments, and total-cost analyses that inform make-versus-buy and supplier-selection decisions.
• Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts that protect intellectual property, service levels, and compliance obligations.
• Implement continuous-improvement initiatives that streamline procurement workflows, digitize catalogs, and elevate supplier collaboration.
• Track savings, working-capital impact, on-time delivery, and other key performance indicators, reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Ensure adherent processes that satisfy internal controls, ethical sourcing guidelines, and applicable regulatory frameworks.
