About the Role
As Senior Principal Marine Operations Specialist, you'll serve as a key strategic and technical leader, bridging project execution with business development. What You'll Do
- Lead the development and oversight of pipeline welding qualification programs and strategies
- Direct material selection, engineering analysis, and specification work to meet project requirements
- Manage front-end procurement activities and vendor evaluation for marine operations initiatives
- Ensure projects achieve execution readiness through planning, coordination, and risk management
- Support fabrication activities with technical guidance and quality oversight
- Contribute technical expertise to commercial bidding processes and proposal development
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize operational performance
What We're Looking For
- Advanced experience in marine operations, pipeline engineering, or related offshore/subsea disciplines
- Deep expertise in welding qualification, material engineering, and fabrication processes
- Demonstrated leadership capability at a senior level with proven ability to influence across organizations
