Blacklane is seeking a driven, relationship-focused leader to join our team in Florida as a Senior Operations Manager, South LATAM. In this role, you will grow our regional operations and position Blacklane as the preferred chauffeur partner across Latin America's southern markets.
About the Role
As Senior Operations Manager, South LATAM, you will lead the expansion of Blacklane's operations throughout the region, building lasting partnerships while keeping a sharp focus on service quality, cost discipline, and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership position based in Florida, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of partner relationships and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale regional operations to establish Blacklane as the partner of choice for our preferred supply partners across South LATAM.
- Balance supply and demand across the region to keep service reliable and efficient.
- Deepen engagement with supply partners through trust-based, long-term relationships.
- Uphold operational excellence while actively managing cost efficiency and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement in how the region delivers for both partners and guests.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in operations management, ideally within mobility, logistics, or a service-driven industry.
- A relationship-first approach with a strong track record of building and retaining partner networks.
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to balance growth against cost and profitability targets.
- Comfort working across the South LATAM market and managing complex supply-and-demand dynamics.
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Florida.
