About the Role

As a Senior Network Engineer at AGE Solutions, you will lead the architecture, deployment, and ongoing optimization of a corporate enterprise network spanning multiple sites. Working on-site in Alexandria, you will keep WAN connectivity resilient, performant, and secure across distributed environments that support government, defense, and intelligence missions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise WAN and LAN infrastructure to ensure dependable, high-availability connectivity.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, and related networking hardware across corporate sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network performance, routing, and connectivity issues with minimal disruption.
• Apply network security best practices to protect sensitive systems and data.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to plan capacity, upgrades, and migrations.
• Document network topology, standards, and procedures to support reliable long-term operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated senior-level experience engineering and supporting enterprise networks, with a strong emphasis on WAN technologies.
• Deep knowledge of routing, switching, and network protocols within large, multi-site corporate environments.
• Hands-on skill in network troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security hardening.
• Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Alexandria City, in a full-time capacity.
• Comfort supporting environments aligned with U.S. government, defense, and intelligence requirements.
