This role combines hands-on software engineering with mission-critical production support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and stabilizing web and Windows-based applications built on.NET and SQL technologies. The position plays a key role in ensuring system reliability, resolving high-impact production issues, and supporting release cycles across development and operations teams. You will work closely with stakeholders across technical and business functions, translating requirements into robust technical solutions. This is a rotational on-call role where responsiveness and ownership are essential, especially during off-hours incidents. It is well suited for an engineer who enjoys both building systems and ensuring they run smoothly in production.
