Senior Master Technician

Greenway Ford in Raytown, Jackson County is hiring a full-time Senior Master Technician to lead our service team. We're seeking an experienced, Ford-certified technician with the expertise to diagnose and repair complex vehicles and the leadership skills to guide our team.

About the Role

In this Senior Master Technician position, you'll take on both hands-on technical work and leadership responsibilities. You'll work with advanced diagnostic tools to solve complex mechanical challenges, mentor junior technicians, and ensure exceptional service quality for every customer in the Raytown area.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive mechanical services, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles
• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Oversee and mentor other technicians, fostering professional development and quality standards
• Communicate directly with customers about vehicle condition, repair recommendations, and service timelines
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Verify all repairs meet Ford manufacturer specifications and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Ford Master ASE Certification (or equivalent Ford-certified credentials)
• Proven experience in automotive repair, diagnostics, and vehicle service
• Advanced technical knowledge of automotive mechanical and electrical systems
