Senior Manager – Technical Program Management

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a fast-growing, globally distributed engineering organization. You will be responsible for defining and scaling the Technical Program Management function from the ground up, shaping how complex, cross-functional work is executed across Engineering, Product, and Design. Acting as a key operator and strategic partner, you will design the systems, standards, and operating model that enable teams to deliver reliably at scale. You will also build and lead a small but high-performing TPM team, setting the bar for execution excellence. This role requires strong technical fluency, sharp organizational judgment, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while bringing structure to complexity. It is ideal for a seasoned leader who has built TPM functions before and wants to define how a modern, distributed software company runs its most critical programs.
