This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of a fast-growing, globally distributed engineering organization. You will be responsible for defining and scaling the Technical Program Management function from the ground up, shaping how complex, cross-functional work is executed across Engineering, Product, and Design. Acting as a key operator and strategic partner, you will design the systems, standards, and operating model that enable teams to deliver reliably at scale. You will also build and lead a small but high-performing TPM team, setting the bar for execution excellence.
