About the Role

The Senior Manager, SingHealth Intellectual Property Office is a key position in transforming healthcare innovations into practical solutions. You will work closely with researchers, clinicians, and industry partners to protect intellectual property, facilitate commercialization of medical technologies, and support the strategic growth of SingHealth's innovation ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of IP strategies for healthcare innovations.
• Manage the patent portfolio, ensuring timely filing and prosecution of patents.
• Collaborate with researchers to identify and protect new inventions.
• Develop licensing agreements and partnerships to commercialize medical technologies.
• Support the strategic growth of SingHealth's innovation ecosystem through IP management and commercialization efforts.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in intellectual property, preferably within a healthcare or academic setting.
• Degree in law with specialization in patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding medical technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• A proven track record in managing patent portfolios and negotiating successful licensing agreements.
