Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs (Ad Promo)

IRE is searching for a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs to join our team in Raleigh, Wake County. This is a full-time position where you'll lead regulatory strategy and advocacy efforts for advertising and promotional practices, ensuring compliance while driving business growth in the healthcare and clinical research space.

About the Role

As Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs focused on advertising and promotional compliance, you'll serve as a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing regulatory frameworks that protect brand integrity and organizational reputation. You'll drive policy development, manage stakeholder relationships across internal and external channels, and ensure all promotional activities align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies for advertising and promotional activities that balance business objectives with compliance requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and emerging guidance from federal agencies
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and external counsel on behalf of the organization
• Monitor regulatory trends and changes, translating them into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
• Mentor and guide regulatory teams on compliance protocols and best practices
• Establish governance frameworks and audit processes to maintain ongoing compliance
