What We're Looking For Substantial prior experience managing multi-country benefits programs at a senior level, ideally within high-growth organizations. Deep familiarity with international benefits compliance, tax considerations, and vendor contracting practices. Demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis, cost modeling, and translating insights into executive-ready recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable clear stakeholder alignment across time zones.
