About the Role

As Senior Manager of Commercialization FP&A, you'll lead financial strategy and analysis supporting Revolution Medicines' commercial success. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to translate clinical advances into market opportunity, working at the intersection of research, development, and commercial execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage financial models for commercial scenarios, product launches, and market expansion strategies
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to support pricing, positioning, and go-to-market decisions
• Prepare comprehensive business cases for internal stakeholders and leadership on commercialization opportunities
• Monitor actual performance against forecasts and provide insights to optimize commercial strategy
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key commercial metrics and KPIs
• Support investor communications and board-level discussions with financial analysis and insights
• Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align financial planning with product development timelines

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of financial planning and analysis experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sectors
• Demonstrated expertise in commercialization strategy and go-to-market financial modeling
• Advanced skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and valuation techniques
• Proficiency with financial modeling tools and business intelligence platforms
• Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses for executive audiences
• Leadership experience managing teams or projects in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of oncology market dynamics is a plus
